General Description

The scholarship is an annual cash grant to help afford course attendance or the completion of a traineeship, payable whenever the household to which the student belongs does not have sufficient financial resources.

Requirements

The award of the scholarship and the development of the proposed decision rest upon the services of higher education institution responsible for the activities in the field of social action, commonly called Social Action Offices. For some schools, this analysis is performed by the Director of Student Support Services of the Directorate General of Higher Education.
