General Description

The access to learning fund aims to support full-time undergraduate students who face financial difficulties. The offered Grants from the Access to Learning Fund aren’t repayable. The grants are based on the needs, so the value cannot be determined until submitting your applications for university Hardship funds or you can request applications from Student Funding Office then you should fill the form and return it back. Applicants will be contacted for a 30 minutes confidential interview with a specialist Student Funding Adviser. You will be notified with the result after 10 working days.

Requirements

The grant is available for full-time undergraduates who pay UK home fees in addition to having settled status and have been ordinarily resident for three years immediately before starting their studies at the British Islands. They will have to provide genuine financial hardship in addition to having explored all ways of supporting yourself. They should have taken out the full entitlement of Student Maintenance Loan. The priority will be given to students with disabilities and students with dependents. The applications cannot be considered from undergraduates who have finished, permanently withdrawn from or abandoned the course.
