About this scholarship
General Description
The Korea Foundation offers a grant programme for field research in Korean studies. Recipients of this fellowship will be given 2000000 KRW (currently about 1360 euro) monthly for a maximum of 12 months.Requirements
Applicants must be finishing a doctorate in a discipline related to Korean Studies. They will be required to provide evidence of current employment or enrolment, as well as their curriculum vitae and graduate school transcripts. They must also submit their research proposal, alongside a letter of affiliation from a Korean scholar and two letters of reference (one from the head official of the applicant´s home institution, and the other from his/her thesis supervisor).Similar scholarships
