General Description
The SOAS Excellence Award supports students with financial need who demonstrate academic achievement and potential. The amount of funding provided per student will be up to £3000 (currently about 3620 euro) per academic year.
Requirements
These bursaries are open to first year students of undergraduate degrees taught at the School of Oriental and African Studies of the University of London. Grantees must meet or exceed academic entry criteria; their household income must be less than £25,000 as assessed by the Student Finance England (SFE). Candidates must be permanent residents of England.
