General Description
The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is presenting the ICIQ PhD Programme. The PhD Fellowship Call has the aim to support university graduates from all over the world with master studies to enroll in a training and research program in the area of chemistry that ultimately leads to the completion of a Doctoral Thesis. The students will have the opportunity to join one of the research groups at the ICIQ and will follow an individual research project under the direction of an internationally renowned group leader in a creative and stimulating scientific environment. The students will have access to the Institute’s first class instrumental facilities. Selected graduate students will be awarded a contract for full-time studies in order to achieve the Doctoral degree. The selection will be based upon academic marks, CV, academic and professional references and a possible personal interview. Length: 4 years: Value: €14.100 per year (Years 1 & 2); €16.200 per year (Years 3 & 4).
Requirements
The call is open to graduate students from any nationality; must a Master degree in the areas of Chemistry, Pharmacy, Physics, Biology, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering or an equivalent; be admitted in a PhD Program at the time of the signature of the pre-doctoral contract.
