About this scholarship
General Description
The French Centre for Research on Contemporary China (CEFC) gives grants to doctoral students who wish to perform fieldwork in China, Hong Kong or Taiwan. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of 1,200 euros for up to three months, and a round-trip air ticket from Europe to China.
Requirements
Applicants should be enrolled in a doctoral programme in a French or European university in the field of humanities and social sciences. Eligible research projects must be based on the study of political, economic, social and cultural developments in contemporary Greater China.
