About this scholarship

Flemish Government scholarships

You get a partial scholarship towards a one-year postgraduate Master's degree at the College of Europe. You study on its campus in Bruges (Belgium) or Natolin (Poland). The money helps pay your tuition and living costs. It does not cover everything, and the exact amount is not published. The scholarships come from the Flemish Government of Belgium.

Who can apply

  • Degree level: You hold a first university degree and want to do a postgraduate Master's at the College of Europe.
  • Field of study: Any of the College's study programmes.
  • Where you study: At the College of Europe in Bruges or Natolin.
  • Nationality: You come from one of the countries Flanders has a cultural agreement with: Canada (Québec), Czech Republic, Estonia, India, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Mexico, Poland, China, Russia, Slovakia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia or Ukraine.
  • Selection by your home country: Your own country picks and nominates you based on your grades. For some countries you do not file a separate scholarship application; the nomination is made for you.

How to apply
