About this scholarship
International Postgraduate Masters Scholarship
You get 3,000 GBP (about 3,500 EUR) taken straight off your tuition fees. It lowers what you owe the university rather than paying you cash. The University of Nottingham gives it to international master's students at its UK campus. The discount covers one year only. If your master's runs two years, it applies to the first year and cannot move to the second.
Who can apply
- Degree level: You are starting the first year of a full-time taught master's at the UK campus. Eligible awards are MA, MSc, MArch, MBA, LLM, MPA, MPH and MMedSci.
- Fee status: You are an international, fee-paying student, not a UK home student.
- Field of study: Any subject within the eligible degree types.
- Self-funded: You pay your own fees. You have no other university scholarship, external sponsor or funder.
- Route in: You are not transferring from the Kaplan-run University of Nottingham International College or Digital Pathways. Students from those routes cannot get it.
How to apply
There is no separate application and no deadline for the scholarship itself. If you meet all the conditions, the discount is applied automatically when you enrol. It is currently offered for study starting in 2026.
How realistic are your chances?
This is not a competition. Everyone who fits the criteria gets it, so there is no selection round to pass. The main thing is to match every condition, above all being self-funded with no other scholarship or sponsor and enrolling on one of the listed degrees. If you do, the reduction is essentially guaranteed.
