About this scholarship
What the MBA Scholarship gives you
If you enrol on a one-year MBA programme at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), you will receive a discount of fee reduction of about 4,600 EUR (£4,000). This will be deducted from your tuition fees in the first year. If you enrol on the two-year MBA programme with a work placement, the discount amounts to approximately 2,300 EUR (£2,000). If you are unable to secure an internship placement, you will instead receive the full discount of £4,000. This is a one-off discount in the first year of study, which is automatically granted to all eligible students. You will study in Cambridge or Chelmsford in the United Kingdom.
Who can apply
- Course: You are starting one of ARU’s MBA programmes: the general Master of Business Administration or one of the specialised options in banking and finance, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, FinTech and data analysis, or project management with artificial intelligence.
- Study mode: You are a full-time student.
- Where you study: You will be based at the Cambridge or Chelmsford campus.
- Nationality: You are a student from the UK or a student from the EU/EEA who remains eligible for UK student finance. Other international students should instead apply for ARU’s separate international scholarship for Master’s students.
- Start date: You will begin your degree programme in the academic year 2025–26.
How to apply
No separate application is required. When you apply for an eligible MBA programme, ARU will check your eligibility and automatically grant you the fee reduction, provided you meet the requirements.
How realistic are your chances?
This is not an award that is granted on a competitive basis. Every eligible student receives it, so there is no selection panel that needs to be convinced. If you are starting one of the listed MBA programmes in Cambridge or Chelmsford, are studying full-time and are a UK or eligible EU/EEA student, you are entitled to the discount. The only thing you should clarify at an early stage is your eligibility for student finance, as this determines whether you can benefit from this discount.
