Coventry University Alumni Discount

You will receive a discount of 25% discount on the tuition fees for a face-to-face postgraduate programme at Coventry University, regardless of whether you are studying full-time or part-time. This applies to postgraduate certificates, postgraduate diplomas, master’s degrees and MBAs. The discount is offered by Coventry University itself and takes the form of a reduction in fees, not a cash payment. The discount applies to all intake dates in the academic year 2026/27. You can retain it if you continue with your current course of study or switch to a different course or campus.

Who can apply

• Former Coventry student: You have already obtained a bachelor’s degree or a full master’s degree with at least 180 credits from the Coventry University Group. The Group comprises Coventry University, Coventry University London, CU Coventry, CU London, CU Scarborough, Coventry University Wrocław, Coventry University Online, and partners that award Coventry University degrees.
• Your next course: You are starting a full-time postgraduate programme in Coventry.
• Nationality: Open to people of all nationalities, both from the UK and abroad.
• Who pays: You are funding your studies yourself. If a sponsor is covering your tuition fees, you are not entitled to this discount.
• Excluded courses: The discount does not apply to the ‘Education’ Master’s programme, the ‘Educational Leadership’ Master’s programme or the online PGCE.

How to apply

No separate application is required. As soon as you apply for an eligible postgraduate programme, Coventry University will check whether you meet the eligibility criteria. The discount will be credited to your fees account after enrolment.

How realistic are your chances?

As this is not a competitive grant, there is no selection process that you need to pass. If you have obtained your degree from the Coventry University Group, are paying your own tuition fees and enrol on an eligible postgraduate course, you will automatically receive a discount of 25%. Just make sure that the course you have chosen is not on the list of excluded courses.
