General Description
The purpose of the competition is to promote research in the field of architecture for sites of worship, so as to implement the artistic and mystic qualities aiming at making a sacred place a site for spiritual exaltation, responding to the acquired communitarian conception of liturgical action. The Board of Directors of the Fondazione Frate Sole will make up to €6000 available to one or more projects following these guidelines.
Requirements
This competition is open to candidates holding a degree in Architecture or a related subject issued by a European higher education institution. The application form to be submitted must be accompanied by the following documents: certificate/proof of a degree, architectural project, an explanatory report with no more than 6000 characters and a copy of a valid identity document (identity card or passport).
