Marie Wieses Mindefond - Marie Wiese's Memorial Foundation

Marie Wiese's Memorial Foundation grant

You receive a one-off grant of 2,000 DKK (about 268 EUR) towards your education. The grant comes from Marie Wiese's Memorial Foundation (Marie Wieses Mindefond), a small private Danish foundation set up in 1990. It helps young people from the Ringkøbing area in West Jutland pay for their studies.

Who can apply

• Where you study: You study at Ringkøbing Handelsskole, a business school in Ringkøbing. Or you attend a technical school and are working towards a teknikum engineering degree, a practice-oriented engineering qualification from a Danish technical college.
• Where you grew up: You grew up in the former municipality of Ringkøbing or Holmsland in West Denmark.
• Money you need: You cannot fully pay for your education yourself.

Send a written application to the foundation. The law firm Advokatfirmaet Flemming Jensen in Herning manages the foundation and handles all applications.
