About this scholarship

The Oliver Bishop Harriman Scholarship

You will receive approximately 2,140 EUR (around 16,000 DKK) for your own research in the field of English language and literature at University of Copenhagen. You may hold the scholarship for up to 2 years. The money comes from the interest on a fund established by Elizabeth T. Harriman in 1927 in memory of her son, Oliver Bishop Harriman. The Faculty of Humanities administers the scholarship. The exact amount depends on the annual interest earned on the fund, so it may vary.
