Aase og Jørgen Münters Fond - Aase and Jørgen Münter's Foundation

What you get

You will receive a one-off grant of about 1,340 EUR (10,000 DKK) to enable you to study in Denmark or abroad. The money comes from the ‘Aase og Jørgen Münters Fond’ (Aase and Jørgen Münter Foundation), a Danish foundation that supports young Greenlanders who wish to continue their education.

Who can apply

• Connection to Greenland: You are a young Greenlander or have a clear connection to Greenland.
• Where you study: You would like to study in Denmark or another country. There is no funding available for studying in Greenland.
• Field of study: Any subject.
• Financial situation: You can provide evidence of your financial situation by means of a tax assessment notice or a similar document.
• Proof of study: You can provide proof that you are enrolled on a degree programme.
• Who may send the form: You submit the application yourself, or a family member submits it on your behalf. You submit the application as an individual, not as an organisation.

How to apply

Apply via the online form and include a short covering letter explaining why you need the grant. The application deadline is 12 May. The Executive Board will make its decision at its meeting in May, and you will be notified in June as to whether your application has been approved or rejected.
