You will receive a scholarship to support your education or further training. The amount of the scholarship is not made public and is determined on a case-by-case basis. The funds come from a private Danish charitable foundation (Borgmester Poul Larsen og hustrus Legat), which was established in 1901 and is administered by a law firm in Frederikssund.

Eligibility

• Where you are from: You were born in the former municipality of Skibby or live there; it is now part of Frederikssund.
• What you study: You are undertaking an apprenticeship or a degree course in the fields of agriculture, commerce and business, or the skilled trades. This also includes economics and business administration, for example a degree in economics or business administration, or specialisms such as marketing, commerce and finance at a business academy.
• Where you study: Any school or institution qualifies. The grant is not tied to one university.
• Nationality: You can apply from Denmark.

How to apply

Please send your application to the law firm in Frederikssund which manages the fund. The deadline is 20 January.
