IE University - Supporting Women Scholarship

Benefit

You will receive a tuition fee reduction of 10% to 40% of your course fees for a Master’s programme at IE University in Madrid, Spain. IE University awards this grant through its university and its foundation in order to attract more women to its Master’s programmes.

Eligibility

• Gender: You are a woman.
• Degree level: You are applying for a Master’s programme at IE University.
• Field of study: Any master’s degree programme is fine.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply.
• Financial need: You can provide evidence in other ways to show that you are unable to pay the fees without further ado.

How to apply

You should submit your application via the IE Student Finance Portal whilst your admissions process is still ongoing. The deadline is at the start of your degree programme; you should therefore submit your application well in advance of this date. Both your academic achievements and your financial needs will be taken into account during the selection process.

How realistic are your chances?

The scholarship is restricted to women applying for a Master’s programme at IE, which limits the pool of applicants. However, as IE attracts applicants from more than 120 countries, competition is fierce. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee that you will be awarded a scholarship. You will have the best chance of success if you have an outstanding academic record and submit a well-reasoned explanation of your financial hardship at an early stage.
