Fundación SEPI - Programa AIRBUS Fin de Carrera

What you get

You get up to 1,000 EUR per month for a paid training placement at AIRBUS in Spain, one of the world's largest aerospace companies. The placement starts at six months and can run up to 11 months if AIRBUS asks for it. While you take part, you are also covered by Spain's social security system. The programme was run by the Fundación SEPI together with AIRBUS to give recent graduates and final-year students real work experience.

Who can apply

• Level: You have finished a university degree, or you have no more than 30 ECTS credits left to finish one.
• Field of study: Mainly engineering and business. In the 2020 round, law, sciences (such as physics and maths) and labour studies also counted.
• Age: For the 2020 round, you were born after 31 December 1990.
• English: You have a high level of English. This is required.
• Nationality: You are an EU citizen.
• Location: You are willing to move to the placement site, mainly Madrid or Seville.
• No earlier SEPI scholarship: You have never held a SEPI scholarship or turned one down.

How to apply

You applied through an online form on the Fundación SEPI website by the deadline (9 January for the 2020 round). If shortlisted, you took an online aptitude test, then two interviews: one with the selection panel and one with the AIRBUS department heads.
