City of Issy-les-Moulineaux Adventure Bursary

You will win a cash prize of up to 3,000 EUR for a personal or collaborative project centred on discovery, exchange or solidarity. Four prizes are awarded each year: 3,000 EUR for first place, 2,000 EUR for second, 1,000 EUR for third, and a special prize from the Youth Council worth 500 EUR. Your project may relate to community work, art, culture, sport, multimedia, or science and technology. The grant is administered by Espace Jeunes Anne Frank, part of the CLAVIM association, on behalf of the town of Issy-les-Moulineaux. The team will support you from start to finish in developing your project.

Please complete the application form online on the CLAVIM website. A member of staff from the Espace Jeunes Anne Frank will then contact you to finalise your application. For the 2027 edition, you can submit your project between 16 November 2026 and 22 May 2027.

How realistic are your chances?

This award is closely tied to a specific location: you must live, study or work in Issy-les-Moulineaux, which means that only a small number of people are eligible to apply. Only a handful of prizes are awarded each year, and the selection process rewards clear, concrete projects that demonstrate a genuine spirit of adventure or have a clear objective. If you have a clearly defined plan and meet the local criteria, your chances are good.
