About this grant / loan

What the #eoiteayuda programme gives you

This is not a monthly scholarship. Instead, you will receive discounts on course fees at the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), a public business school in Madrid and Seville affiliated with the Spanish Ministry of Industry. The discounts apply to master’s degree programmes, MBA programmes, executive programmes and continuing professional development courses at the EOI. A single discount can be up to 40% off the total course price. You can combine several discounts up to a total of 30%, although the 40% discounts for people with disabilities, alumni and student accommodation cannot be combined with other discounts. In monetary terms, depending on the course and the discount, you can save around 8,575 EUR on a course.

Who can apply

You must first be accepted onto an EOI programme. In addition, you are entitled to a discount if you belong to one of the following groups:

  • Where you study: You are taking a course at EOI in Madrid or Seville, Spain.
  • Field of study: Degree programmes in the fields of business and management (MBAs, specialised Master’s programmes, executive and continuing professional development programmes).
  • Nationality: Any nationality can apply.
  • Unemployed professionals: 30% – do not tick these boxes if you are unemployed at the time of enrolment (limited places per degree programme).
  • Women: 30% with the exception of women who have been admitted to a Master’s or Executive programme.
  • Disability: 40% with a recognised disability of 33% or more.
  • Strong grades: Up to 15% free of charge if your average mark is 8.5 or higher.
  • Long distance: to 15% discount if you live more than 100 km from the campus.
  • Large family: 10% with an official extended family ID card.
  • EOI community: Concessions for former EOI students, civil servants, employees of partner organisations and their immediate family members.

You must provide proof that you meet the eligibility criteria for a discount before booking your place, and in any case before the course begins. Once you have registered, you will no longer be able to add a discount.

How to apply

Submit an online application for your chosen degree programme, together with your CV or your LinkedIn profile. Applicants for the Master’s programme must also submit their degree certificate. You will then be invited to a personal interview at the campus in Madrid or Seville, or by telephone, which will last at least one hour. The admissions panel will make a decision and inform you of your discount along with your offer of admission.

How realistic are your chances?

These are rule-based discounts, not a competition prize. If you have been admitted to a degree programme and clearly belong to one of the groups (e.g. the unemployed, women on a Master’s programme or people with disabilities), the discount will be applied to your tuition fees. As there are only a limited number of places on these courses, you should apply several months before the course starts. Make sure you gather your supporting documents well in advance, as no discount can be granted once you have enrolled.
