General Description
The Geographical Club is a dining club that has close associations with the Royal Geographical Society. It funds two grants to postgraduate geography students each year. The grants are worth £1,000. They are called the Geographical Club Award. They are to help with fieldwork in the UK or overseas. One award is given to a student doing physical geography fieldwork while the other is for a student doing human geography fieldwork.
Requirements
To apply students must be from the UK or EU. They must also be a PhD or masters student at a UK university. Students who have received financial support for fieldwork from other sources cannot apply.
