General Description
Higher Education Scholarship Palestine (HESPAL) is an initiative that aims to create a generation with strong academic records who can maintain education at a high level of quality in Palestinian Universities. The programme provides Master’s degree programmes to junior education staff in Palestinian universities. The scholarship includes, but not limited to, tuition fees payment (up to £12,000) and a monthly allowance towards living expenses.
Requirements
Applicants must be Palestine nationals under 40, who work in a Palestinian university. A Master’s degree from a Palestinian University is required with a minimum grade of very good. Applicants need to have an IELTS certification appropriate for course and university (at least 6.5).
