General Description

The Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme is funded by the EU in an effort to provide Turkey with a generation of leaders and competent individuals. The main goal is to progress in the negotiations aiming to grant Turkey membership in the EU.

Requirements

The programme is designed to enhance the entire Turkish higher education system including academicians or administrative staff, senior undergraduate students, and postgraduate students. Only Turkish nationals are eligible. Applicants must choose an approved subject.
