General Description

The Diamond Jubilee Scholarships exist to encourage the study of engineering and technology. £1,000 per year is awarded, with a maximum of £3,000 for Bachelor students and £4,000 for MEng students.

Requirements

Applicants must have achieved three 'A' grades at A-level, 3 'A' grade Advanced Highers, 5 'A' grade Highers or an International Baccalaureate Diploma at 36 points or more. They must also be a UK resident embarking upon the first year of a BEng or MEng programme accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in September. They must furthermore also not be in receipt of another IET Scholarship or grant.
