About this scholarship
General Description
University students, either full or part-time who are responsible for making their tuition payments are able to relieve this financial burden with a Postgraduate Taught Scholarship from the University of Sheffield. These scholarships are offered primarily with the minorities in mind as well as the less fortunate who wish to pursue a University degree and through doing so, are looking at incurring a substantial amount of expenses.
Requirements
To be eligible to receive the postgraduate scholarship from the University of Sheffield, one needs to have had involvement in Care prior to entering University. Eligibility is also obtained for applicants who have cared for a disabled or sick family member or have received Disabled Students Allowance. Applicants from deprived regions as outlined by the Indices of Multiple Deprivation will also be considered for this award.
