About this scholarship
Executive MBA Oxford Community Scholarship
You get a fee reduction of about 44,000 EUR (£37,500) off the Oxford Executive MBA, which costs £132,420 in total. This is a partial award, so you pay the rest yourself. The scholarship comes from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Only one is given per intake (each new group starting the programme). The Executive MBA is a two-year part-time master's degree (22 or 24 months, depending on your start date), taught in blocks in Oxford and at international locations, and ranked #1 in the world in the QS 2026 rankings.
Who can apply
- Your Oxford link: You meet at least one of these: you graduated from the Saïd Business School, you completed any degree at the University of Oxford, or you currently work for the University of Oxford.
- Programme place: You are applying for the Oxford Executive MBA and meet its normal admission requirements.
- Work experience: You have at least 10 years of professional experience, ideally including 5 years in a senior or executive role.
- Prior degree: You hold a bachelor's degree (ideally 2:1 or better) or an equivalent professional qualification. A very strong career track can count instead.
- Nationality and age: Open to all nationalities and all ages.
How to apply
There is no separate scholarship form. You are considered automatically through your normal Executive MBA application. You are judged on your academic record, your work experience, and your leadership and interpersonal skills. Admissions run on a rolling basis with several stage deadlines rather than one fixed date. Applying at an earlier stage improves your chances of winning the scholarship and of getting your choice of college.
How realistic are your chances?
This award is cut narrowly. You need a real Oxford connection, you must qualify for a top-ranked and highly selective Executive MBA, and only one scholarship goes to each intake. That keeps the eligible group small, but the bar is high on both experience and academic strength. If you clearly fit the Oxford link and apply early, your prospects are meaningfully better than in a later round.
