General Description
Students applying for a DPhil at Oxford University in Engineering, specialising in Electrical Engineering, are eligible for this scholarship. It is called the Oxford-Donal Morphy Graduate Scholarship. It covers the full cost of tuition fees. There is also a grant for living expenses valued at over £13,700 per year. The award lasts for as long as the course lasts. If this is more than one year there is an annual review to check the student's progress.

Students must be from the European Economic Area or Switzerland to be eligible. They must also be on the listed course. It is awarded to the best student based on past academic performance.
