About this scholarship
General Description
The "Jóvenes con Futuro" Programme is sponsored by the Rafael del Pino Foundation. The programme has been set up to allow the most talented technology students in Spain to study in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City. The objective of the programme is to take care of all the practical aspects like: legal contracts, the visa process, logistics, travel, and insurance. The participants will themselves be responsible for other expenses. The companies will pay the participant a minimum of $2,500 a month.Requirements
Applicants must be Spanish nationals with English language proficiency. They should be graduates in one of the following fields: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering in Telecommunications or Mathematics. Applicants should also possess the following skills: Java, PHP, C/C++, Python, Javascript, NodeJS, Django, HTML/CSS. And, they must have experience with mobile platform development: Android and Objective-C. And they should also have experience with SQL and NoSQL, Ruby on Rails, and Databases. The applicants are also required to have Github, Linkedin and stackoverflow profiles. Preference will be given to students with a good academic record.Similar scholarships
