General description

Provides support for research projects of young researchers and qualified students in order to promote Danish agriculture. A main purpose is to stimulate competitiveness of primary producers, slaughterhouses and processing enterprises producing and selling pork and other meat products. Furthermore, support is given to activities surrounding ethics and animal welfare, environmental concerns, consumer concerns, diet and health, history and future perspectives.

Requirements

Travel scholarships must be related to agricultural conditions of importance to the pork industries.
