Bicocca International Scholarship

You get 10,000 EUR per year (gross) plus a full waiver of your tuition fees at the University of Milano-Bicocca in Italy. The university awards 100 of these scholarships in total, with 5 reserved for each degree taught in English. Each scholarship goes to the top-ranked student in an eligible programme, so it rewards grades, not financial need.

Who can apply

• Degree level: You are applying for a Bachelor's, Master's or single-cycle degree taught in English at Milano-Bicocca.
• Nationality: You are not an Italian citizen. If you have dual citizenship that includes Italian, you can still apply.
• Previous studies: You earned your last degree abroad.
• Where you live now: You do not currently live in Italy.
• Grades: You are among the top applicants for your programme. The scholarship goes to the best-ranked student per course.

How to apply

You do not send a separate scholarship application. Everyone who applies to an eligible English-taught programme is considered automatically. For open-access programmes, you must be admitted and confirm your enrolment by 15 March 2026. For restricted-access programmes, you complete all admission steps and confirm your offer by the stated deadline. Candidates from the first call for admission get priority.

How realistic are your chances?

Only one scholarship is awarded per English-taught programme, so you effectively need to be the top-ranked applicant in your course. Your chances depend on how strong the field is in your specific programme and on applying in the first admission round, which gets priority. Good grades and an early, complete application give you the best shot.
