About this scholarship
Benefit
The Russian government will cover the costs of your full tuition fees for the duration of your studies and will provide you with a small monthly living allowance (approximately 7,000 RUB, equivalent to around 70 EUR, for Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD students). If your knowledge of Russian is not yet sufficient, a one-year preparatory language course will also be fully funded. Most host universities also provide accommodation in student halls of residence. You will be responsible for covering travel costs, health insurance and living expenses that exceed the allowance. The programme is run by Rossotrudnichestvo, the Russian Federal Agency for International Cooperation, and accepts up to around 30,000 international students at all levels of study each year.
