How realistic are your chances?
This award is highly selective. It is awarded exclusively to applicants from Bangor, with preference given to those from Denbighshire, and selection is based not on an open application but on an entrance examination. This keeps the pool of applicants small. If you meet the regional criteria and prepare for the examination, your chances are good. Around 20 merit-based scholarships are awarded each year, so it is essential to apply by the January deadline.
