The prize money will be paid in two instalments: 5,000 EUR at the award ceremony and 2,500 EUR once you have subsequently submitted a written contribution to CIRIEC. The prize is awarded by CIRIEC International, a research centre at the University of Liège in Belgium, named after its founder, Edgard Milhaud. It is awarded every two years as part of CIRIEC’s international congress or research conference.

It should also be relevant to the theme of the current congress.
