Troelstrup Foundation support

You get a financial grant towards your education in Denmark. The foundation sets the amount case by case, based on your situation, and does not publish a fixed figure. The money comes from the Lrs. Eduard Troelstrup and Wife Else Troelstrup's Foundation. The lawyer Eduard Troelstrup and his wife had no children and left their savings to help young people in need. The board can also give support for purposes other than education.

Who can apply

• Age: You are between 15 and 30 years old. As a rule, you will not be considered if you are over 30 years old.
• Financial need: You have little money of your own, especially if public support does not cover enough of your costs.
• Health: The foundation gives priority to young people who are ill or living with a disability.
• Where you study: Your training must take place in Denmark. Studies abroad are not funded.
• Field of study: Open to all subjects.
• Nationality: All nationalities can apply.

How to apply

Please send your application by email or post to the Foundation’s secretariat at the law firm Therkildsen Advokater A/S in Søborg. There are no fixed deadlines, so you can apply at any time. The Board makes its decisions at its meetings, which usually take place in May and November, and the processing may take up to 6 months. If you have not received a response by the end of June or January, your application has been rejected.
