About this scholarship

What you get

Your full tuition is waived for a full bachelor’s degree programme at CEU Cardenal Herrera University (CEU UCH) in Valencia, Spain. There are no tuition fees for the standard duration of the programme. CEU UCH is a private university in the Valencia region. Through this scholarship, the university supports people affected by terrorist attacks, as well as their families. There is no monthly cash payment; the benefit is that you can study free of charge.

Who can apply

  • Who this is for: You are a registered member of the regional association for people affected by terrorism in the Autonomous Community of Valencia, or you are the child of a member.
  • Where you study: You are studying for a bachelor’s degree (Grado) at CEU Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia.
  • Field of study: All Bachelor’s degree programmes are recognised, with the exception of those taught partly or entirely in English or French, as well as the foreign-language streams of certain degree programmes.
  • Nationality: Any nationality can apply.

How realistic are your chances?

This grant is aimed at a very small group: members of the regional association for victims of terrorism and their children. As very few people meet this criterion, competition is low. If you can provide proof of your own membership or that of a parent and enrol on an eligible degree programme, your chances are good.
