Aston University - LSS Overseas Students Scholarship

Benefit

You will receive a tuition-fee reduction of about 508 EUR (paid in British pounds) for a Master’s degree programme at Aston University in Birmingham, UK. It is valid for up to 24 months, which corresponds to the duration of a part-time postgraduate programme. The scholarship is awarded by the School of Languages and Social Sciences (LSS) at Aston University. It is aimed at international students from outside the UK.

Eligibility

• Level: You are starting a Master’s degree at Aston University.
• Subject: You are studying at the Faculty of Language and Social Sciences, which specialises in linguistics and the social sciences.
• Where you study: You’re studying at the Birmingham campus.
• Nationality: Applicants of all nationalities are welcome to apply. The prize is aimed at international students coming to the UK from abroad.

How to apply

Applications should be submitted by email to the Admissions Office of the Faculty of Language and Social Sciences at Aston University. The application deadline is 15 July.

How realistic are your chances?

This scholarship is linked to a specific faculty at a university and to international students on its Master’s programmes. The target group is therefore limited and the pool of applicants small. If you enrol on an LSS Master’s programme as an international student, you already meet the key eligibility criteria. Please apply well in advance of the July deadline, as places are limited.
