General Description
The SPIE scholarship program has 5 annual awards based on outstanding achievement and contribution to the field of optics and photonics. The BACUS Scholarship is awarded to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in the field of microlithography with a focus on optical tooling and semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
