University of Buckingham - High achiever scholarships

What you get

In your first year at the University of Buckingham, you will receive a discount of £2,000 on your tuition fees. This will not be paid out in cash, but will reduce your fees by £500 per term as part of the university’s four-term academic year. This is a one-year scholarship for new undergraduate students from the UK with outstanding exam results.

Who can apply

• Level: You are starting a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Buckingham.
• Nationality and residence: You are a British or Irish national and live in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
• Grades: You must have achieved at least AAB in your A-levels or an equivalent qualification.
• Subject: Most bachelor’s degree programmes are permitted, but not medicine.
• Firm choice: You confirm Buckingham as your first choice on UCAS or accept a direct offer of a place. UCAS is the UK’s central system for applying to higher education institutions.

How to apply

First, apply for a degree programme at the University of Buckingham and receive a letter of offer. Make a note of your application number. You can then complete the separate scholarship form, which you can only do once your application for a degree programme has been received. The admissions team will review your application and notify you of the result by email.

How realistic are your chances?

This scholarship is aimed at a small target group: you must be a student from the UK or Ireland, have achieved grades of AAB, and list the University of Buckingham as your first choice. This means that the number of eligible applicants is limited.
