About this scholarship
The Inlaks Scholarship
You will receive up to USD 120,000 (about 110,000 EUR) for a full-time Master’s, MPhil or PhD programme abroad. The scholarship covers tuition fees, living costs, the outward journey, visa costs and a health allowance. It funds a course lasting between 9 months and 4 years. You can study at a leading university in the United Kingdom, in other European countries or in the United States. At some partner universities, such as Imperial College London, the Royal College of Art, Cambridge, King’s College London, St Andrews and the Hertie School Berlin, joint degree programmes may qualify for a higher level of funding. If your total costs exceed 120,000 US dollars, you must demonstrate that you can cover the remainder yourself. The funding is provided by the Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation, which was established in 1976.
