SCV Travel Bursaries

You will receive a one-off travel allowance of 1,780 EUR to cover your participation in a vascular surgery event abroad, valid for up to 3 days. The grant is awarded by the French-speaking Society for Vascular and Endovascular Surgery (SCVE), a professional association founded in 1986. The grant helps you to cover the travel costs associated with attending its scientific conferences.

Who can apply

• Field of study: You are working or undertaking training in the field of medicine or health sciences, specialising in vascular surgery.
• Where you go: You are travelling abroad to attend the event.
• Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
• University: Please select the institution where you are studying or working.

How realistic are your chances?

This scholarship is very narrowly defined. It is aimed at individuals working in the field of vascular surgery who wish to travel abroad to attend a specialist conference; consequently, the target group is small and there are only a few applicants. If you can demonstrate that you work in this field and apply by the deadline, your chances are good.
