About this scholarship

What you get

You will receive a one-off grant of about 2,900 EUR (£2,500), which will be deducted from your tuition fees for a full-time Master’s degree programme at the University of Plymouth in the UK. This is a merit-based grant awarded on the basis of outstanding academic achievement. Ten scholarships were available.

Who can apply

  • Level: You are starting a Master’s programme that includes lectures and modules, so it is not a research-only programme.
  • University: You are studying at the University of Plymouth in the UK.
  • Field of study: Any topic is fine.
  • Where you are from: You are an international student. The scholarship is aimed at students from outside the EU.
  • Offer in hand: You have already received a conditional offer of admission from the university.
  • Grades: Your bachelor’s degree is equivalent to a British ‘First Class Honours’ degree, the highest level of achievement in the British grading system.

How to apply

Please complete the application form and email it, together with the required documents, to the University’s International Scholarships Office. To do this, you will first need your provisional offer of admission. The deadline was 30 June.

How realistic are your chances?

With just ten scholarships available and the requirement for top-tier academic results, this programme is highly competitive and is aimed at the very best applicants. If your final degree results clearly meet this standard and you have already been offered a place, you fit the specific profile the scholarship is designed for. Apply as early as possible, as soon as you have received your conditional offer of admission.
