Academic Achievement Award (Leeds Trinity University)

In your first year of study at Leeds Trinity University in the UK, you will receive a one-off payment of about 1,150 EUR (£1,000). This is a one-off payment, not a monthly scholarship. The university pays this amount as a reward to students who start their degree with very good entry grades. The amount does not depend on household income.

Who can apply

• University: You are studying directly at Leeds Trinity University. Students at partner universities are not eligible to take part.
• Degree: You are a first-year student on a full-time bachelor’s degree programme leading to an honours degree.
• Grades: You have achieved a grade of AAB at A-level or an equivalent result in three exams.
• Where you're from: You are a UK domestic student.
• Field of study: Any subject.

How to apply

You do not need to apply. The university automatically selects eligible students and will email them the details at the end of October. The payment will be made in November of your first year of study.

How realistic are your chances?

There is neither a selection process nor an application stage. If you start a full-time honours degree course directly at Leeds Trinity with grades of AAB, you will automatically qualify. Your only real hurdle is the entry grade – so if you achieve AAB, funding is practically guaranteed.
