About this scholarship
What you get
In your first year at the University of Buckingham, you will receive a discount of £2,000 on your tuition fees. This will not be paid out in cash, but will reduce your fees by £500 per term as part of the university’s four-term academic year. This is a one-year scholarship for new undergraduate students from the UK with outstanding exam results.
Who can apply
- Level: You are starting a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Buckingham.
- Nationality and residence: You are a British or Irish national and live in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
- Grades: You must have achieved at least AAB in your A-levels or an equivalent qualification.
- Subject: Most bachelor’s degree programmes are permitted, but not medicine.
- Firm choice: You confirm Buckingham as your first choice on UCAS or accept a direct offer of a place. UCAS is the UK’s central system for applying to higher education institutions.
How to apply
First, apply for a degree programme at the University of Buckingham and receive a letter of offer. Make a note of your application number. You can then complete the separate scholarship form, which you can only do once your application for a degree programme has been received. The admissions team will review your application and notify you of the result by email.
