UK Government - Financial support for Muslim students

General Description

For all eligible Muslim undergraduate students, the UK Government offers financial support. The award covers tuition fee loans and maintenance loans. As many students find loans at commercial rates religiously unacceptable, the finance fund system offers loans that vary with the rate of inflation. They were created by the National Union of Students and the Federation of Student Islamic Societies.

Requirements

Students are not obliged to take it this type of loan. Taking it can affect eligibility for other sources of funding, like the Access to Learning Fund, some Bank loans, and many others.
