About this scholarship
General Description
The Rotary Club International gives the opportunity each year to bright ant talented individuals from around the world to study at one of their Rotary Peace centres. The fellowships cover the candidates' tuition fees, accommodations, transportation, and all other expenses for the entire duration of the programme. Two types of fellowships are offered. The master's degree fellowships are offered in fields related to peace and conflict resolution and prevention and last from 15 to 24 months. A shorter programme of two to three weeks is available for candidates who already have extensive experience in a peace-related field.
Requirements
All candidates must demonstrate, through their professional and academic achievements, a strong commitment to international understanding and peace. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Candidates for both fellowship opportunities must be proficient in English. Candidates to the master's programme should also be proficient in a second language.
