About this scholarship
What you get
You get a discount on your tuition fees at Liverpool Hope University in Liverpool, UK, if you are an international student. The amount depends on whether you study for a Bachelor's or a Master's degree.
- Undergraduate (Hope Inspiring Futures): At least about EUR 2,300 (2,000 GBP) off your first-year fees, with the exact figure named in your offer letter. If you score a 2:1 (at least 60%) in year one, you get about EUR 1,150 (1,000 GBP) off in year two, and the same again in year three if you keep that grade. That is up to roughly EUR 4,600 (4,000 GBP) over three years.
- Postgraduate (Hope Inspiring Excellence): A one-off discount of about EUR 2,850 (2,500 GBP) off your fees.
There is no cap on how many students receive either award.
Who can apply
- Where you study: You hold an offer to study at Liverpool Hope University in the UK.
- Nationality: You are an international (overseas) student.
- Undergraduate: Any of the university's Bachelor's courses qualifies for the Inspiring Futures award.
- Postgraduate: The Inspiring Excellence award covers only eight named Master's programmes: MBA, MSc International Business Management, MSc International Project Management, MSc Digital Marketing Management, MSc Data Science, MSc Public Health, MSc Advanced Computer Science and MSc Artificial Intelligence.
- Grades: You need no minimum entry grade to get the award. As an undergraduate, you only keep the year-two and year-three top-ups by reaching a 2:1 (60%).
How to apply
There is no separate scholarship application. The discount is added automatically once you receive your programme offer. As an undergraduate, you apply through UCAS (institution code L46 / LHOPE); the deadline for the September 2026 intake is 15 June 2026. As a Master's applicant, you apply through the university's online form.
How realistic are your chances?
There is no cap on the number of awards and no separate contest, so every eligible student who takes up an offer gets the discount. Your only task is to secure a place on a qualifying course. As an undergraduate, you then keep the extra year-two and year-three money by reaching a 2:1, which is within reach if you stay on top of your studies.
